What exactly needs review?
Where it appears — a page, account, or search result — as a public link or a short description.
One line per item, each with its own written scope.
WHAT TO SAVE, WHAT TO KEEP PRIVATE
Six exhibits, A through F: non-consensual imagery and deepfakes, defamatory articles, harmful search results, attacks on executives, live crises, and AI answers that repeat a lie. Each one explains what is safe to save, what you should never upload, and when a private review makes sense. How a specific case is handled stays in that person’s private case file.
If you’re reading this in the worst week of your life: Exhibit A is yours — start there.
Before Exhibit A through F
The best removal request is not the loudest one. It has enough evidence to be reviewed, follows a written scope, and creates no extra exposure while you ask for help.
SUMMARY
A short private summary is enough to start. For intimate-image cases, describe what happened instead of sending the sensitive file.
PRIVATE
The case file uses redacted details and short notes, so a request can be reviewed without exposing more than it needs.
SCOPE
Public pages stop at general labels: official support, a written scope, a referral, or no AboutUs offer. The answer for a specific case stays in that person's private case file.
LABELS
Request submitted, Source removed, Search delisted, and Unresolved are separate labels, never blended into one promise. Your report says what happened to each link; public pages don't.
Kept private
This page shows what is safe to save and when a private case review makes sense. Our read of a specific case is shared only with that person, inside their private case file.
PRIVATE
What we can work on, what needs someone else, and what we decline stay in your private case file.
PRIVATE
Scope details and case context are written for you, not published on this page.
PRIVATE
Receipts, screenshots, and match notes stay private; only the minimum needed for a request is shared.
PRIVATE
If follow-up is agreed, notes on reposts and next steps stay in the private case file.
Before we can answer
Before AboutUs can answer clearly, each matter needs a few facts: what the item is, which rule applies, what can be written into a scope, and what evidence can stay private.
What exactly needs review?
Where it appears — a page, account, or search result — as a public link or a short description.
One line per item, each with its own written scope.
Which rule applies?
An official option, a platform policy, a copyright or legal right, a referral, or no AboutUs offer.
A clear label before any AboutUs work, not a blended promise.
What goes in the private case file?
Redacted evidence, the written scope, the requested result, and a record of what was sent.
A record you can check, never published.
What can be shared?
The site's response, the result label, a record of what was sent, or a closed or referral note.
A written report for you, in plain wording.
No intimate file in public intake.
No minor-involved content in commercial work.
No search-only result described as deletion.
No public step list, and no one's case notes.
We work with adults (18+) only. If intimate images of someone under 18 are involved, report it immediately to Cybertip.ca — Canada's national tipline, operated by the Canadian Centre for Child Protection — at cybertip.ca/en/report, and contact your local police. Youth seeking removal of their own images can use needhelpnow.ca. Do not send the content to anyone — including us.
What was taken from you starts with a private case review. Non-consensual intimate images and AI-generated deepfakes are pursued under each platform's policy and, in British Columbia, the Civil Resolution Tribunal's removal basis. We work out which rules apply, keep a safe evidence record, and keep sensitive material out of public forms.
If you found this page in the worst week of your life — you are not out of options. Start here.
Leaked or stolen intimate images
Hacked accounts, cloud breaches, lost devices — how it got out doesn’t change your rights.
Content shared by an ex or acquaintance
Consent to take a photo was never consent to publish it.
AI deepfakes of your face or body
It doesn’t matter that it isn’t “really” you. An AI-generated intimate image of your likeness can be reported too.
Recordings made without consent
Hidden cameras, calls, and streams captured without your knowledge.
Sextortion material used to threaten you
Threatening to share is a criminal offence in Canada (prosecuted as extortion). Don't pay — if material appears, we can review platform rules and, in British Columbia, the tribunal option where they apply.
Adults (18 and over) only. Anything involving a minor is never handled as a commercial removal — see the bordered notice below.
The law and platform rules — non-consensual intimate imagery, real or AI-generated, is pursued under each platform's policy and, in British Columbia, the Civil Resolution Tribunal's removal basis. Our specific answer stays in your private case file.
Copyright — when you took the photo, or your paid content was copied, a copyright request can apply. That detail stays in your private case file, not on a public page.
Platform policy — each platform’s own rules can apply too. The specifics for your case stay in your private case file.
In the private review we tell you what we can work on, what could only be reduced in search, and what we cannot accept. Search-only work is never sold as deletion, and we put the scope in writing.
Hypothetical: leaked intimate images and AI-generated fakes appear on several related sites. In a case like this, requests are reviewed under Canadian law and platform rules, and any follow-up stays tied to the private case file.
A short private summary only. Keep the sensitive file with you; a person reviews it before any payment.
The post is false. It does not get blended into a vague reputation package. Defamatory articles, forum threads, fake reviews, and copied pages are reviewed as evidence, with limits and search-only work labeled separately.
Defamatory articles and blog posts
Fake or malicious reviews
Forum and Reddit threads
“Complaint” and shaming sites
Scraper and syndication copies
One defamatory article doesn’t stay one article — related copies are listed in your written scope before AboutUs accepts work.
Outdated coverage that misrepresents who you are today
The original first — the strongest request starts with the item that actually needs to change. What gets pursued, and in what order, is written into your private case file.
Kept private — emails and next steps stay in your private case file, not on a public page.
A lawyer when needed — if court action or an attorney is the honest option, we say so before treating search-only work as progress.
A false statement of fact is stronger than opinion or true-but-harmful coverage. This page can’t sort your facts; a private review gives you a written scope before you pay anything.
Hypothetical: a defamatory article is copied onto other sites. In a case like this, the original, each copy, and any search-only result are tracked separately, so one result is never reported as another.
We’ll tell you which of these fits your situation — before you pay anything.
When removal at the source is not available, search-only work is labeled plainly as a limited result, never sold as a removal.
Content that stays up after removal requests
Rare — and when it happens, we say so instead of inventing progress.
Official records and filings that can’t be deleted
Truthful reporting that can’t be removed but shouldn’t define you
Stale results that outlive the original page
Cached and lingering listings that keep surfacing after the page itself is already gone.
Search-engine review — formal removal and outdated-content options are considered when the original page cannot be changed, with the limit labeled plainly.
Accurate results — true, current information can be published around what cannot come down. Slower than removal, honest about it, and never sold as deletion.
Delisting removes a result from search; the page itself may still exist for anyone holding the link. When delisting is what you’re getting, your written scope says so in those words. If a vendor leads with suppression, ask them why.
We’ll tell you whether removal or delisting is what your case actually needs.
Investors, boards, journalists — and now AI assistants — summarize you before you ever get a meeting. We review what they will find, work to correct what is false, and request removal of what is there to do damage.
Coordinated attack pages
Timed to raises, exits, and appointments — built to surface exactly when diligence runs.
Leak amplification
Leaked data spreading before your lawyers have the facts.
Impersonation and fake profiles
Accounts speaking in your name to your investors and your staff.
AI-answer poisoning
If an assistant has ingested an attack page, the smear becomes the summary.
Crisis — something broke tonight. A person reviews it first; evidence saving and any removal work start once the scope is agreed.
Before an event — before the raise, the IPO, the board seat: a private review of what diligence will find and what should be corrected.
Ongoing — recurring review of the public pages you agree on, if that is in your written scope.
Confidentiality terms are written into your agreement, and one private case file holds all correspondence about your matter. No client names are published on this site.
No client names on this site
Starts with the same first question. Share only what you’re comfortable sharing.
Something broke tonight. Live help and a private case review keep the next step clear: a person sorts out what we can handle, what needs someone else, and what should not be paid work.
A leak spreading right now
A thread or story gathering speed
A new copy of something already in your case
A threat with a deadline attached
Start with a short private summary. If intimate content is involved, keep sensitive files with you.
Hold off on scattered reports until the evidence is saved and the scope is clear. Timing details belong in your private case file.
If it happened tonight, Section 05 — Safety Steps — helps you stabilize without guessing.
Each finished item stays in your private case file. If a copy reappears and follow-up is in your written scope, the next review starts from that record.
Private case review is the safest option for threats and intimate-image crises; no public form or checkout.
Map the public pages AI systems repeat, pursue supportable corrections, and keep answer boundaries inside the client record.
An assistant repeating a defamatory claim as fact
AI Overviews framing years-old coverage as current
Chat answers surfacing content you already had removed
Investor and hiring questions about you answered from attack pages
The sources first — AI answers repeat what they read, so the pages they cite are usually the strongest thing to change.
The answer itself — platform feedback, corrections, and accurate published information are options too. Which one comes first is decided in your private case review.
No one can force a model to say anything — anyone promising that is selling something else. What can be reviewed is what the model reads and the corrections around it. Where your case stands stays in your private case file.
Bring the question and the answer as text. We’ll tell you what can be reviewed and what should stay private.
NOT SURE WHICH EXHIBIT IS YOURS?
For intimate images, deepfakes, or sextortion, start a private case review and describe what happened. For defamation, doxxing, search, or AI-answer issues, ask us with a short summary. Keep sensitive files with you — they never go in forms or checkout.
This page is education, not legal advice. We are a removal agency, not a law firm; for advice on your specific situation, consult an attorney — or ask us privately and we'll tell you honestly what your case needs and what it costs.
