The terms, in plain English. No buried fine print.

These terms cover the fixed-price rate card. The whole point is to make the deal honest: we only sell flat prices on work we can scope, we check every order before we touch it, and the limits on that refund are written here in the open — not hidden where you’d never look.

What the self-serve rate card is for

The rate card carries only standard, well-scoped work where a flat price is honest: a single search result or review, a single post or article, a small same-platform batch, de-listing a stubborn URL, or keyword monitoring. That’s it.

Anything bigger or less certain — content spread across platforms, intimate-image and deepfake cases, anything involving a minor, or news and court records — does not go through checkout. The eligibility check routes it to a free assessment or a live consultation instead, so you’re never paying a flat fee for an uncertain outcome.

The 48-hour acceptance review

We review every paid order within 48 hours. If it's outside the rate-card scope, something we've determined we can't remove, or otherwise a case we can't accept, you're refunded in full before any work begins — or, if you prefer, we move you to a free consultation. We only put a case under the results-based refund once we've accepted it.

In other words: paying is not the same as us accepting the case. We look first. If it isn’t something this rate card should cover, you get your money back before we’ve spent any labor on it — or we move you to a consultation, your choice.

No outcome, no fee

Once we acceptyour order, each SKU is measured against one clearly defined outcome. If we don’t reach it within the stated window, you get your money back to your original payment method — in full for single-item SKUs, or pro-rata per unremoved URL where a SKU is priced per URL. We issue the refund within 5 business days; depending on your bank it can take a few more days to appear. Each SKU’s exact terms are below.

SKU 01 · Search & Review Cleanup

Counts as done: The result, review, or listing is removed at the source where possible, or de-listed from search as the fallback (de-listing hides it from Google and Bing — it doesn't delete the page).

Once we accept your order, if that isn't achieved within 30 days we issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days; depending on your bank it can take a few more days to appear.

SKU 02 · Single Post / Article Removal

Counts as done: The post or article is deleted at the source.

Once we accept your order, if that isn't achieved within 30 days we issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days; depending on your bank it can take a few more days to appear.

SKU 03 · Single-Platform Takedown

Counts as done: Each URL you list is removed.

Once we accept your order, any URL we don't remove within 30 days is refunded its even share of what you paid (price ÷ URLs you submitted). We issue it to your original payment method within 5 business days; depending on your bank it can take a few more days to appear.

SKU 04 · Search De-Listing

Counts as done: The URL is de-indexed from Google and Bing results.

Once we accept your order, if that isn't achieved within 45 days we issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days; depending on your bank it can take a few more days to appear. (De-listing hides the page from search; it doesn't delete it.)

SKU 06 · Mugshot / Record Removal

Counts as done: The mugshot or record listing is removed from the site.

Once we accept your order, if it isn't removed within 30 days we issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days; depending on your bank it can take a few more days to appear.

SKU 07 · Personal Info Removal

Counts as done: Your exposed personal information is removed from the URL.

Once we accept your order, if it isn't removed within 30 days we issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days; depending on your bank it can take a few more days to appear.

SKU 08 · YouTube Video Takedown

Counts as done: The video, or the infringing portion of it, is removed on YouTube.

Once we accept your order, if it isn't removed within 30 days we issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days; depending on your bank it can take a few more days to appear.

Aggregate outcomes across eligible cases; individual results vary per your written service agreement.

The honest exceptions

A refund promise with no limits isn’t honest — it’s a claim we couldn’t keep. So here are the limits, stated plainly. None of these are hidden in a longer document; this is the document.

  • Re-posts by a third party after a successful removal are new items — they don't reopen a completed order. (Ongoing re-posts are what Reputation Watch is for.)
  • Inaccurate or invalid information you provide — wrong URLs, false details — means we acted on what you gave us, so the refund doesn't apply to that item.
  • Anything we tell you is unremovable before we accept your order isn't covered — we refund those up front rather than take them on at all.
  • Items already removed by the time we begin are refunded, not charged.

Subscriptions — Reputation Watch

Reputation Watch is a monthly subscription ($49 USD (≈ C$67) per keyword, per month, 3-keyword minimum). It is a monitoring service — it watches your keywords, reports, and alerts. It is not a removal promise; takedowns of anything it surfaces run as their own SKU or a case.

You’re billed on your signup date for the keyword count you choose, and again on that date each month until you cancel. Before each renewal we email you a reminder with the date and amount. You can cancel anytime — we email you a secure link to your billing portal — billing stops from the next cycle and the watch keeps running through the period you’ve already paid for. You only ever pay for the month ahead, so there’s nothing to refund on cancellation.

MANAGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

Cancel, switch payment method, or get an invoice. Enter the email you signed up with and we’ll email you a secure link to your billing portal — it usually arrives within a couple of minutes and stays valid for 24 hours. Billing stops from the next cycle; you keep the watch through the period you’ve paid for.

What we need from you — and confidentiality

We work from links and descriptions. You may also upload supporting documents — proof of identity, business registration, screenshots, or court records — which go to private, access-controlled storage only our case team can open, and which are automatically deleted no later than 120 days after upload, sooner on request (see our privacy policy). Never upload the harmful content itself, and never upload intimate or sexual images of anyone: those cases are handled in live chat from links and descriptions only. Give us accurate URLs and details — the refund is measured against what you tell us, and wrong or invalid information voids it for the affected item (see section 05). Your case is handled confidentially and never re-exposed in our process.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers. Prices are charged in U.S. dollars; any CAD figures shown on the rate card are approximate references only. The amount you pay is set by us on the server from the rate card — there’s nothing price-shaped in your browser to tamper with, and nothing you can be over-charged for.

Adults only; minors

This service is for adults (18+) only. We work with adults (18+) only. If intimate images of someone under 18 are involved, report it immediately to Cybertip.ca — Canada's national tipline, operated by the Canadian Centre for Child Protection — at cybertip.ca/en/report, and contact your local police. Youth seeking removal of their own images can use needhelpnow.ca. Do not send the content to anyone — including us. We never accept payment for anything involving a minor — it is never a commercial matter here or anywhere.
