Stripe handles card details — we never receive your card. Payment opens the private case room and a written acceptance review; if we can't accept your case, it is refunded before any work begins. You then add public URLs, covered screenshots, and any redacted authorization only if requested.

Re-Removal Promise

If a URL we removed comes back at that same location, we work it again free for as long as we operate. If we exhaust every path and genuinely cannot, that specific removal is refunded.

  • Covers the exact URL we removed at that location — newly posted or reposted-elsewhere content is a fresh case.
  • "For as long as we operate" means the promise lives as long as AboutUs does.
