Everything bigger or more sensitive starts with the free assessment instead — because a flat price on complex work would be a guess, and you’d be the one paying for it.

How the refund actually works

We review every paid order within 48 hours. If it's outside the rate-card scope, something we've determined we can't remove, or otherwise a case we can't accept, you're refunded in full before any work begins — or, if you prefer, we move you to a free consultation. We only put a case under the results-based refund once we've accepted it.
