APPENDIX B — CLIENT RECORD RATE DESK
FILE AU-NCR/2026CLIENT RECORD RATE DESKCLASSIFICATION: CLIENT-CONFIDENTIALFIXED PRICE — REVIEW-GATED WORK ONLY

Client record rate desk

Price visible. Client record sealed.

Start safely

Open client record

No card first

Boundary in writing

Record sealed

The price is public so a serious buyer can verify the boundary. The case record is not public. The value is the written boundary, private answer, held authorization, correspondence, and receipt under one accountable record.

PUBLIC

Price signal

The page shows price, safety exits, refund posture, and when authorization can even be considered.

WRITTEN

Written boundary

The client receives the item, outcome limit, refund treatment, and closeout standard in writing.

SEALED

Client record

Client-specific choices, handling notes, and closeout details stay sealed.

REVIEWsealed review

BOUNDARYwritten boundary

AUTHheld authorization

RECEIPTclient-only receipt

This page is not the client record. It shows where a fixed price can be honest, where private case review takes over, and what must be written before authorization. The client-record value sits in the sealed client record: written boundary, correspondence, private answer, and a receipt that can survive scrutiny.

Acceptance memo

The public page earns trust. The record carries the work.

This is the authorization boundary: enough detail to act with confidence, while case-specific handling stays inside the client record.

Request acceptance review
MEMO 1SEALED

Pay only when the scope is narrow.

A clean item can enter the review gate. Anything mixed, intimate, broad, or unclear leaves public authorization before a card step appears.

MEMO 2SEALED

Keep the evidence light.

A minimal private summary is enough to start. Sensitive files stay out.

MEMO 3SEALED

Keep the record accountable.

The value is the sealed client record and a receipt you can inspect without making the work public.

Visible before authorization

Price, refund posture, safety exits, and the narrow conditions where authorization is appropriate.

Written after review

Written boundary, declined scope, public-safe label, and refund treatment.

Kept client-only

Case-specific answer, handling notes, and the sealed client record.

If the matter is too sensitive or too broad for public pricing, the right move is client-record review before authorization.

Start client record

What the fee actually buys

The client record carries the value.

The public page shows enough to price the boundary. The client-record value is the written boundary, sealed case record, and proof inside the client-only AboutUs record.

REVIEWABOUTUS

Client-record gate

The public desk shows the safe doors; the private answer stays inside the client record.

BASISABOUTUS

Client record

The client record names the work boundary and outcome limits without publishing the client-only record.

OWNABOUTUS

Accountable record

Replies and private notes stay inside one accountable client record instead of becoming public page copy.

PROVEABOUTUS

Defensible closeout

The receipt separates what was reviewed, what was not, and how the written outcome was treated.

Rate file lock

Enough to verify. Sealed where it matters.

A serious rate page lets a client verify the boundary without publishing the client-record work. The client record keeps case-specific handling and closeout proof where they belong.

PUBLIC

Enough to authorize.

The page shows price signals, review gates, safety exits, payment rail, and refund posture.

SEALED

Sealed where it matters.

Case-specific handling and closeout proof stay client-only.

CLIENT

Record receipt after review.

The client gets the useful record: what was accepted, declined, refunded, or left under continuity coverage.

STOP

Authorization stays narrow.

Sensitive, minor-involved, mixed, or multi-surface matters leave public pricing before authorization.

Client sort

Four doors before the price.

The expensive mistake is not the price. It is choosing the wrong door. This row makes the next move clear while the client record stays sealed.

PAYGATE

Use the price signal

A single clean item with a defined outcome can request acceptance review before authorization.

Request acceptance review
QUOTEGATE

Use client record

Mixed scope, multiple items, or unclear boundaries should move to client-record review.

Start boundary review
LIVEGATE

Use human help

Intimate images, AI nudes, sextortion, and coercion situations skip the card path.

EXITGATE

Use official boundary

Minor-involved content is never commercial AboutUs work.

Safety boundary

Commercial discipline

Transparent, not exposed.

Official boundaries stay visible as safety boundaries. The accepted client answer stays inside the client record.

Public page

Shows price signals, review gates, safety exits, official boundaries, and refund posture.

Client record

Holds the written boundary, private answer, and next-step decisions.

Client-record receipt

Shows the written boundary, the decision, and the closeout posture without making the work public.

Public price signal

Price visible. Review before card.

The number is public to build trust; the written boundary stays sealed. Authorization belongs only to narrow, reviewable work, and sensitive or mixed matters move to a client record before any card step.

SKU 00ONE-TIME

ONE-TIME WRITTEN REPORT

Digital Exposure Diagnostic

Not sure what's actually public about you? A paid, fixed-fee diagnostic: we run a live search of your name, handles, and aliases and send a plain-English report of what's exposed right now, with a clear next step. No removal work — this tells you where you stand.

PUBLIC PRICE BOUNDARY

  • You send the names, handles, and aliases to search — we confirm receipt before starting
  • A live search of the public web for exactly those identifiers
  • A written report of what matched at the time of the scan, with the addresses found
  • A plain-English read on severity and the right next step

NOT SOLD HERE

  • Removal or delisting work itself (that's a separate SKU or client-record matter)
  • A complete census of everything that could exist — this is a point-in-time public scan
  • Any intimate-image or sextortion handling (that starts with the guided private case)
  • Anything involving a person under 18 (never commercial — see our minors policy)

A one-time $149 report. After you authorize, we confirm the identifiers to search with you; the report follows within two business days of that confirmation. Fully refundable any time before we start preparing it — including if we decide we can't accept the request. Once the written report is delivered it is complete: it is not measured against any removal outcome, and it does not automatically credit toward later work.

PUBLIC PRICE BOUNDARY

  • Client-record review before work begins
  • Written boundary before authorization moves
  • Correspondence kept inside the client record
  • Client-record receipt on completion

NOT SOLD HERE

  • Items already resolved at purchase time

WRITTEN RECEIPT

The reviewed item closes with a written receipt that separates resolved work from fallback work.

Once we accept your order, if the written outcome above is not verified within 30 days, we issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days; depending on your bank it can take a few more days to appear.

UP TO 10 URLS ON ONE PROVIDER

Single Provider Cluster

A related URL set under one accountable public location, handled as one reviewable item.

PUBLIC PRICE BOUNDARY

  • Accepted public pointers tied to one client record
  • Written review for the accepted URL set

  • Client-record receipt with per-URL label

WRITTEN RECEIPT

Each accepted URL has a verified resolved label, or is refunded pro-rata if that label is not verified within the window.

Once we accept your order, any accepted URL without a verified resolved label within 30 days is refunded its even share of what you paid (price ÷ accepted URLs). We issue it to your original payment method within 5 business days; depending on your bank it can take a few more days to appear.

Fallback Exposure Review

When a stronger result is unavailable, limited search-result work can reduce exposure. It is labeled as fallback so it is never sold as the stronger result.

PUBLIC PRICE BOUNDARY

  • Client-record review before fallback is accepted
  • Written boundary for the named search-result work
  • Correspondence kept inside the client record
  • Client-record receipt — what moved and what remains limited

NOT SOLD HERE

  • Changing the original page (use Single Post / Article Removal, SKU 02, when that boundary fits)
  • A permanent result; returned exposure requires a new or continuity review
  • Content involving anyone under 18 (never commercial — see our minors policy)

WRITTEN RECEIPT

Fallback exposure label verified for the accepted URL on the named search engines.

Once we accept your order, if the written fallback outcome above is not verified within 45 days, we issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days; depending on your bank it can take a few more days to appear. Fallback exposure work does not change the original page.

Reputation Continuity

Pick the names, brands, aliases, and handles that matter. We monitor public search visibility, report monthly, and flag harmful items for client-record review.

PUBLIC PRICE BOUNDARY

  • Continuity coverage for chosen keywords across search and known public locations
  • Monthly reputation report to your inbox
  • An alert when new harmful content appears — with a client-record note
  • Add or swap keywords anytime

NOT SOLD HERE

  • Resolved work itself — continuity creates the record; removal work runs as its own SKU or client-record matter
  • Search-ranking manipulation or pay-for-play ranking games
  • Intimate-image continuity coverage (confidential client-record review — not a rate-card SKU)

Billed monthly on your signup date for the keyword count you choose. Cancel anytime — we email you a secure link to your billing portal, and billing stops from the next cycle while continuity runs through the period you've paid for. No long-term contract; you only ever pay for the month ahead.

GATE 1 OF 4 — SCOPE

What needs attention?

Pick the closest public price signal. Mixed, sensitive, or unclear work moves out of the public rate card before authorization.

AUD — APPROXIMATE

Prices on this desk are shown in AUD (A$) for reference and are billed in U.S. dollars; the local amount is approximate and the exact charge depends on your card’s exchange rate at authorization.

48H

Refund signal, not the sealed record

We review every authorized order within 48 hours. If it's outside the rate-card scope, something we've determined we can't remove, or otherwise a case we can't accept, you're refunded in full before any work begins — or, if you prefer, we move you to a client-record consultation. We only put a case under the results-based refund once we've accepted it.

Once a case is accepted, the written boundary says what counts as complete, fallback, continued, referred, or declined. If that written outcome is not verified within the stated window, the refund term applies — in full for single-item SKUs, pro-rata per accepted URL where a SKU is priced per URL.

Pre-check receipt

The card field should feel late.

A serious price desk does not rush the authorization moment. It shows what can be priced publicly, what must be written, and when the client record replaces the card path entirely.

CHECK

Client-record check stays visible.

Official and provider options stay visible as boundaries. AboutUs work is client-record review, continuity coverage, and written closeout.

Review AboutUs boundary
BOUNDARY

The boundary has to be named.

The written boundary, stop limits, and refund posture are separated in writing.

Read terms
VERIFY

The company can be checked.

Identity, payment rail, claim discipline, and safety limits are collected before authorization.

Authorization gate
LIVE

Sensitive cases skip the card path.

Intimate images, AI nudes, sextortion, and threat matters start with private case review. No public form path and no public authorization.

Authorization gate

The card path is the narrow door.

Public pricing should make the buyer calmer, not expose the work. Three doors decide what happens next: review-gated price, client-record quote, or safety exit.

48-hour review first — if we can't accept it, you're refunded before any work begins.

Review can refund, redirect, or write the boundary before AboutUs work starts.

RATEPRE-CARD

Clean fixed-price item.

One narrow, reviewable item with a plain intended outcome can request acceptance review.

Price, refund posture, and written terms are visible before authorization.

RECORDPRE-CARD

Mixed or unclear scope.

Broad, multi-surface, or unclear matters leave public pricing and open a client record first.

Fit, quote, intended outcome, and limits are written privately.

LIVEPRE-CARD

Sensitive or unsafe matter.

Intimate images, AI nudes, leaked photos, sextortion, threats, or minor-involved content never start with a card path.

A human channel or official referral comes first; sensitive files stay out.

Child-safety referral

NO CARD FIRST

Authorization waits for a clean boundary.

NO SENSITIVE FILE

A minimal private summary is enough to start.

NO FAKE REMOVAL

Fallback work is labeled separately.

NO MINOR CASES

Child-safety matters leave the commercial path.

01GUARDRAIL

Boundary first

The public rate card only names narrow, reviewable scope. Anything sensitive, mixed, or multi-surface becomes a client record or private case review.

02GUARDRAIL

Written outcome

Client-record work is defined item-by-item in the client record with a written boundary and refund posture.

03GUARDRAIL

Gated sensitive-case start

Adult intimate-image, deepfake, and sextortion matters use the guided private start with age, authority, file-safety, and review confirmations. Minor-involved matters remain official-only and never commercial.

04GUARDRAIL

Third-party honesty

Outside services, publishers, courts, and search engines make final decisions. Our terms define the written outcome, verification boundary, reporting, and refund treatment.

B.1

What this desk doesn’t cover

Intimate images, deepfakes, sextortion. Use the adult-only private case start: choose threat or already-posted and select a fixed scope. A specialist confirms it with you and sends a secure payment link after that conversation.

Anyone under 18. Never a commercial matter, here or anywhere. The review gate stops and points to the ACCCE and the eSafety Commissioner — see the safety packet.

News articles and court records. Truthful reporting and official records generally sit outside fixed-price scope. We’ll say so before authorization and keep any viable written boundary inside the client record.

Multi-surface spread. That’s a client-record review with a written fixed quote before any authorization.

This page is education, not legal advice. We are a removal agency, not a law firm; for advice on your specific situation, consult an attorney — or start with the written boundary check and we'll tell you honestly what your case needs.
