Adult intimate-image cases start with a private question. Keep your files with you. A person reviews every paid case within 48 hours, and if we can't take it you get a full refund.

Day 0 to Day 30: one mugshot listing and one search result.
A person finds an old arrest photo in two places: on a mugshot site, and in Google results for their name, where it shows on a second site. Here is what each day of that case would hold. The days are an example, not a schedule; sites and search engines set their own pace, and some never act.

The request
- Two public links arrive, and no files: a listing on mugshot-site.example, and a Google result for the person’s name that shows the same photo on copy-page.example.
- The court’s name and the case number come with them, so a site can check the public court record itself.
- Two items from our price list are paid on Stripe’s page: Mugshot / Record Removal, $2,000 per site, and Search & Review Cleanup, $1,250 per item, which here is one search result.

The acceptance review
- Each item gets an acceptance review before any work starts. Anything we can’t accept is refunded in full.
- The charge was dismissed, so the case has a disposition. The mugshot item does not cover a charge that is still pending.
- The listing is on a commercial site, not the court’s own record. The mugshot item covers the commercial site, not the court.
- Both items are accepted. The written scope names each link, its written outcome, and its refund term.
Day 2
Example
The rule for each link, and the requests
- Listing: in this example, the site’s own published policy takes a listing down when the charge was dismissed and the court record shows it. We send the request through the site’s form, citing the court and case number.
- Google result: the copy page asks for a fee to take the photo down. Google’s policy for sites that charge to remove content about a person can apply, so we send that request through Google’s form.

A check on the listing
- The listing’s address now shows “page not found.” We check it from a signed-out browser and save the check in the case file.
- Google still shows the old title and photo for that address, so we ask Google to refresh the outdated result.

- Google approves the request: the copy page’s address no longer appears in Google’s results.
- The copy page itself is still online at copy-page.example. That is a search result delisted, not a page removed.

If the listing had still been online on Day 30, the mugshot item’s refund term would have applied: Once we accept your order, if the written outcome above is not verified within 30 days, we issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days; depending on your bank it can take a few more days to appear.
