The people, handles, and entities covered are named in your proposal. Anything outside it is quoted separately, in writing.

Scheduled automated checks
Automated searches for the names and handles in your perimeter run on a set schedule across web search results, including pages on hosts and forums and public Telegram channel pages. The check schedule and how many names and handles are covered are written into your proposal. A person reviews what the checks find before anything is acted on. These are automated checks, not people watching around the clock.

Removal requests for accepted items
When an item is accepted as in scope, we submit the requests the platform, host, or search engine allows, and report each link as Source removed, Search delisted, or Unresolved. A submitted request is activity, not a result.

Impersonation and personal details
Accounts impersonating someone in the perimeter, and posts exposing personal information such as a home address, are reviewed and reported where platform or search-engine rules allow.

A written response plan
A document delivered at setup: what we do, and in what order, if something appears about someone in the perimeter. The timing we commit to is the timing written into your agreement.

A private online case file, plus written updates by email: a weekly summary, and a note when something is found or a removal is verified.

We don’t publish a response-time promise. The response timing we commit to is written into your agreement before you pay.
No named-manager promise
Work is handled by our team under your written agreement. We don’t advertise a dedicated personal manager.
Not a law firm
We don’t give legal advice or represent anyone in court. If a matter needs a lawyer, we say so.

You never need to send intimate images to start, and we don’t want them by email or through this form.

What does “per named principal” mean?
The starting price covers one named person at the center of the perimeter, with their own public handles and the entities listed in the written proposal. Family members, an executive team, an organization, or an agency’s talent are quoted in writing for that perimeter.
How and when do I pay?
Only after you accept a written proposal. It states the price, the billing schedule, and the refund terms. You then pay by card on Stripe’s card page; AboutUs does not receive your card number. If anyone claiming to be us asks you to pay any other way, stop and email us at support@aboutusforyou.com.
What happens when something is found?
A person reviews it against your perimeter. If it is accepted, we follow your written response plan and submit the requests the platform, host, or search engine allows. Each link is reported as Source removed, Search delisted, or Unresolved. A submitted request is activity, not a result.
Can you guarantee removal or a response time?
No. Third parties make the final decision, and we don’t publish a response-time promise. The response timing we commit to is written into your agreement, and results are reported link by link.
