Online reputation — removal

Remove your mugshot and arrest photo from the internet.

Mugshot sites republish booking photos to rank in your name — long after the case is over, and whether or not you were ever convicted. We get the listing removed at the source and de-listed from search, billed for results. Here’s how it works.

This page is education, not legal advice. We are a removal agency, not a law firm; for advice on your specific situation, consult an attorney — or start with the free assessment and we'll tell you honestly what your case needs.

HOW IT WORKS

A mugshot listing comes down when it’s filed correctly. Depending on your case, the basis is the site’s own removal policy, your state’s mugshot or criminal-record removal law, or your case disposition — dropped, dismissed, expunged, or sealed. We identify every site carrying the photo, file under the strongest basis, and follow up until it’s removed or de-listed.

Most listings resolve in roughly one to eight weeks, depending on the site and the basis. Aggregate outcomes across eligible cases; individual results vary per your written service agreement.

REMOVAL VS DE-LISTING

Removed at the source — or de-listed from search.

The strongest outcome is removal at the source: the listing is taken off the mugshot site itself. Where a site won’t act, search de-listing hides the page from Google results in your name. De-listing is a fallback, never a substitute for removal — and we tell you up front which one your case realistically supports.

Common questions

Straight answers.

How do I get my mugshot off the internet?
Mugshot and arrest-photo sites are removed by filing under the right basis — the site’s own removal policy, your state’s mugshot-removal law, or your case disposition (dropped, dismissed, expunged, or sealed). We identify each site, file it for you, and follow up until the listing is removed at the source or de-listed from search.
How much does mugshot removal cost?
Mugshot and record removal is $499 per site on our rate card, billed for results: every order gets a 48-hour acceptance review, and if we can’t accept it you’re refunded before any work begins. Aggregate outcomes across eligible cases; individual results vary per your written service agreement. See full pricing and terms on the rate card.
Can you remove a mugshot if the charges were dropped or expunged?
Yes — a dropped, dismissed, expunged, or sealed case is often the strongest basis for removal. Tell us the disposition and we file under it.
Is mugshot removal the same as expungement?
No. Expungement is a legal process that seals or clears a record in the court system — that’s a lawyer’s job. We remove the online listing and de-list it from search. We’re a removal agency, not a law firm; if you need expungement, we’ll tell you.
